Your machine was finishing up a Windows Update, which can sometimes take a while to finish. If you do run into more issue please don’t hesitate to write in.
I had the same thing, first 20 paid hours lost for windows updates because the provisioning disk image for the VM was not kept up to date by Paperspace (it was at least 2 months behind). That’s apparently a way for them to generate additional revenue…
